On the morning of March 28, 2026, the 2026 National Cold Chain Park Development Conference was grandly held at the Intercontinental Hotel International Conference Center in Wuhan. The theme of this conference is "Breaking the deadlock and symbiosis", bringing together more than 500 elite representatives, experts, scholars, and industry association leaders from the cold chain industry across the country to seek a new path for high-quality development of cold chain logistics. As a key force in the layout of the cold chain industry, Yang Jianming, member of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Jinjiang City, President elect of the Quanzhou Cold Chain Industry Association, Party Branch Secretary and Chairman of Guandaxing Group, was invited to participate in this grand event and won two heavyweight honors with his strength, adding another brilliant chapter to the high-quality development of the group's cold chain industry.

會議期間，行業(yè)精英圍繞“十五五”冷鏈政策、小微園區(qū)生存策略、人工智能對冷鏈運營的革新、園區(qū)從“收租”到“鏈主”轉(zhuǎn)型及中日行業(yè)對比等核心議題，深入分享經(jīng)驗，為行業(yè)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展提供多元思路。大會還公益發(fā)布《冷庫安全管理體系》，推動行業(yè)安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)統(tǒng)一提升；隨后，2026全國冷鏈園區(qū)“冰晶獎”頒獎盛典舉行，表彰行業(yè)優(yōu)秀個人與園區(qū)。
During the conference, industry elites shared in-depth experiences on core topics such as the "15th Five Year Plan" cold chain policy, survival strategies for small and micro parks, innovation of artificial intelligence in cold chain operations, the transformation of parks from "rent collection" to "chain owners", and industry comparisons between China and Japan, providing diverse ideas for the high-quality development of the industry. The conference also released the "Cold Storage Safety Management System" for public welfare, promoting the unified improvement of industry safety standards; Subsequently, the 2026 National Cold Chain Park "Ice Crystal Award" ceremony was held to recognize outstanding individuals and parks in the industry.

Deeply cultivating the industry and adhering to the original intention, demonstrating responsibility in cross-border layout. Guandaxing Group has entered the cold chain industry from the home furnishing sector, with a total investment of 1.5 billion yuan to build Guandaxing Cold Chain Food Industry Park. The park covers an area of over 60 acres and has a total construction area of 130000 square meters. After completion, it will have a cold storage capacity of more than 150000 cubic meters and build a full chain cold chain ecosystem of "freezing and refrigeration+agricultural market wholesale+cold chain distribution+financial services". With its superior geographical location and complete supporting facilities, the park radiates the Xiamen Zhangzhou Quanzhou metropolitan area and the southwestern Fujian region, injecting strong momentum into the development of the industry.
