Representatives of the Jinjiang Municipal People's Congress gathered together to discuss development plans and seek common prosperity for the people's livelihood. Yang Jianming, member of the Standing Committee of the Jinjiang Municipal People's Congress, secretary of the Party branch of Guandaxing Group, chairman of the company, and the president-elect of the Quanzhou Cold Chain Industry Association, attended the meeting and sat on the rostrum.

楊建明董事長立足晉江發(fā)展實(shí)際并結(jié)合冠達(dá)星在冷鏈產(chǎn)業(yè)的布局實(shí)踐，提出《關(guān)于扶持冷鏈產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展 打造晉臺(tái)冷鏈產(chǎn)業(yè)基地 賦能海洋城市建設(shè)的議案》。本議案聚焦晉臺(tái)冷鏈產(chǎn)業(yè)融合與高質(zhì)量升級(jí)，提出改造老舊廠房配套冷鏈設(shè)施、建設(shè)產(chǎn)業(yè)園及加工基地；延伸產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈推動(dòng)兩岸企業(yè)融合培育龍頭、發(fā)展精加工產(chǎn)業(yè)；優(yōu)化服務(wù)流程提速晉臺(tái)冷鏈配套融合。各項(xiàng)建議均精準(zhǔn)契合晉江市政府工作方向。

Based on the actual development situation of Jinjiang and combined with the layout practice of Guandaxing in the cold chain industry, Chairman Yang Jianming proposed the "Proposal on Supporting the Development of the Cold Chain Industry, Building a Jinjiang-Taiwan Cold Chain Industry Base, and Empowering the Construction of a Marine City". This proposal focuses on the integration and high-quality upgrading of the Jinjiang-Taiwan cold chain industry, proposing to renovate old factories with supporting cold chain facilities, construct industrial parks and processing bases; extend the industrial chain to promote the integration of enterprises on both sides of the strait, cultivate leading enterprises, and develop the fine processing industry; optimize service processes to accelerate the integration of Jinjiang-Taiwan cold chain supporting facilities. All suggestions are precisely in line with the work direction of the Jinjiang municipal government.
