  At the beginning of the meeting, Yang Jianming, Standing Committee Member of the Jinjiang Municipal People's Congress, Party Branch Secretary and Chairman of Guandaxing Group, and Incoming President of the Quanzhou Cold Chain Logistics Association, delivered a speech on behalf of the organizers. 楊董坦言，冠達(dá)星從深耕多年的家居制造領(lǐng)域跨界切入冷鏈產(chǎn)業(yè)，核心舉措便是打造占地60余畝的冠達(dá)星冷鏈?zhǔn)称樊a(chǎn)業(yè)園。該產(chǎn)業(yè)園總投資為15億元，總建筑面積為12萬(wàn)平方米，冷藏庫(kù)容量為20萬(wàn)多立方米，構(gòu)建 “倉(cāng)儲(chǔ) + 加工 + 配送 + 服務(wù)” 全鏈條冷鏈生態(tài)體系，確保食品從田間地頭、生產(chǎn)車間到百姓餐桌的全流程 “溫度保障”。

  Mr.Yang acknowledged that Guandaxing's core initiative in crossing over from its long-established home manufacturing sector into the cold chain industry was the development of the Guandaxing Cold Chain Food Industrial Park, which spans over 60 acres. With a total investment of 1.5 billion RMB and a total construction area of 120,000 square meters, the park boasts a cold storage capacity of over 200,000 cubic meters. It aims to build a full-chain cold chain ecosystem integrating "storage + processing + distribution + services," ensuring comprehensive "temperature assurance" for food from the field and production line to the dining table.
